Layaways

Although Icycle Sports does not finance, we do allow you to pay off your bike over multiple payments. Conditions are:

• 20% down payment is required to start a layaway, refundable for up to 30 days

• A minimum of 20% must be paid off every 30 days

• The deposit is fully refundable for up to 30 days, refundable for store credit between 30 and 60 days, and forfeit after 60 days

• Layaways must be paid off after 90 days

• For items that go on sale after a layaway has been started, the discount will not be applied to the layaway

Bike Service

During the busy season (March until October) we require you to book an appointment for any major service work. This does not apply to flat repairs, tire swaps/installations, and other minor service work. Bikes can be dropped of the day before or the morning of the appointment.

Bike Storage After Service

We have limited room for storing bikes in the service area.

As such, bikes that are not picked up within 7 days of being serviced are subject to a $1/day storage fee. Bikes left at the store for more than 6 months will be considered abandoned, and disposed of at our discretion.
