Responsibilities:

• - Assist customers with product selection and recommendations

• - Contribute to a clean and organized store environment

Qualifications:

• 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a bike shop
• Extensive knowledge of bikes, e-bikes, skis, snowboards, parts, gear and accessories
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Senior Bicycle Mechanic:

We are dedicated to providing exceptional service, expert honest advice in a friendly, inclusive and welcoming environment. We are seeking a senior bike mechanic who has a passion for bikes, and extensive knowledge of bike and e-bike mechanics, along with a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of bicycle repairs and maintenance tasks, including tune-ups, wheel truing, and component installations
• Diagnose mechanical issues and provide accurate estimates for repairs for both bikes and e-bikes
• Conduct thorough inspections and ensure all work meets high-quality standards
• Assist customers with technical questions and recommendations for bike maintenance and upgrades
• Help maintain a clean and organized workshop environment

Qualifications:

•  2 years of experience in a professional bike mechanic position
• Extensive knowledge of bike mechanics and repair techniques
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
