Rentals are to be picked up and dropped off at Icycle Sports. We do not offer after hour pickups or drop offs

Any late drop offs will be charged for additional rental time. You will not be charged for your rental until pickup. Rental charges cannot be refunded. We can cancel a reservation for no charge up to 48-hours in advance of your rental booking. Cancellations within 48-hours of pick up and NO SHOW reservations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

No bookings can be made online within 24 hours of pick-up

Our Carcross Location is open between June 1st and August 31st. Any bookings made outside these dates will differ to our Whitehorse location for pick up and drop off

Once your reservation is made you will receive an email confirmation with attached waiver. We ask that you fill out the waiver prior to pick up to save time and paper!

Accessories

All of our rentals come with your choice of either flat pedals or Shimano SPD pedals, helmet, repair kits, locks and lights. Other safety gear will be up to the rider to provide. Repair kits are available at your request. The cost of any used supplies or lost tools will be billed to the rider. We advise you NOT leave bikes outside overnight.

Terms & Conditions

We STRONGLY discourage shuttling with Rental Bikes

• All riders must be 19 years of age or older, or have a guardian present to sign a release of liability waiver

• You will be responsible for any damage, including shuttle damage, that your rental sustains while in your possession. All bikes are subject to a pre and post rental inspection to ensure all parties are aware of existing damage on the rental

• You are responsible for returning your rental to the appropriate drop-off location on time. Any late drop offs will charge an additional fee.

• Manufacturers provide a maximum payload (rider and equipment). To ensure the safety of the rider we must strictly enforce these restrictions. All our rentals, with the exception of e-cargo, have a maximum payload of 288lbs 

• Our insurance is null and void when our bikes travel outside our prescribed operations zone of a 200 km radius from Whitehorse and Carcross, Yukon. Furthermore, our bikes are 100% not allowed outside Canada.

Icycle Sports is proud to offer summer bike rentals from approximately May 15 - October 15 (weather permitting) and winter rentals from approx. Nov 15th  - April (weather permitting)
